We are part of the #CircularYorkshire Campaign month, in conjunction with the York, North Yorkshire and East Riding Enterprise Partnership and Circular Economy consortium aiming to build an understanding, encourage behavioural change and enhance connectivity upon which a circular economy can be built.
The month is about Yorkshire organisations and businesses, leading the change to a circular economy, aiming to become the UK’s first circular region, Circular Yorkshire!
Join in the #CircularYorkshire this November! Throughout the month, the BDC will use the Circular Yorkshire Twitter account to showcase our support available for the circular economy in the Yorkshire and Humber region.
- Why are we creating a circular economy? To future-proof our economy to remain competitive and contribute to addressing our climate emergency
- How will this be achieved? Increasing value from assets, improve economic growth, enhance our natural environment, boost skills and wellbeing, and build community resilience.
- Who needs to be involved? Every local authority, business, charity and community has a role to play. Every individual can make a difference.
